HERMES awards mobility scholarships to Undergraduate, Master's, Doctoral and Post-Doctoral students. Please note that there are some general restrictions:

  • Undergraduate scholarships are not available to Target Group 2 candidates
  • Post-doctoral scholarships are not available to EU students or Target Group 3 students.
Most undergraduate mobilities have a duration of 10 months (but candidates should check the offer of each university). There are a few full degree scholarships offered for Masters, but there is also the possibility of shorter scholarships at this level. This year there will be NO full-degree grants for Doctoral students, because there is not enough time for a full degree to be completed before the end of the project (July 2017). There are, of course, grants for a partial exchange (10 months or more) at the doctoral level; please check the offers of each university on the platform.

b) Third country (non-EU) Students

Undergraduate scholarships are not available to Target Group 2 candidates.
